Matsouki is a scenic village of Tzoumerka with a population of 542 residents and an altitude of 1100m.
In the 11th century, at the intersection of the two tributaries of Kalarrytikos river, the monastery of Vylissa was built, dedicated to the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary.
The area offers a variety of hiking routes, water streams and old churches.
The Monastery of Panagia Viliza is located near the village Matsouki and it is only accessible by a 2 km trail from the village. It is dedicated to the Annunciation and it was probably established at the first half of the 17th century.
