MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART "THEODORE PAPAGIANNIS"

The Museum is located in Elliniko village. It is housed in the building where the former primary school of the village once was, and includes the work of famous sculptor and professor of Fine Arts, Theodore Papagianni. The collection includes works of art with strong ecological consciousness, that highlight the history of the place and the childhood memories of the artist in the village.

TSOUKAS MONASTERY

The Holy Monastery of Tsoukas is close to Elliniko Village. It is a male monastic community that was built on the Arachthos river gorge. It is said that the miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary that decorates the church of the monastery was found here. It is dedicated to the Birth of theVirgin Mary which is celebrated on the 8th of September.
